I phoned the CCbill client services but they ask the impossible from me. They want me to register a business name in US and get it Visa approved.

How can a non U.S. Resident do that

Is there a helpfull CCbill Rep on GFY online anywhere?

I am sure there's a way to sort this out. I don't mind paying $750 as long as the Billing company can setup the Visa account for me. I don't understand why they only accept U.S. and EU nations only...
