I went to use my parents computer, and this is a computer that doesnt even have a cable/dsl connection. It only has a modem thats never used. So I dialup to the internet and some spyware went on. I downloaded spybot and adware and it detected something and I removed it. 15 minutes later some dialog comes up with some SEX SITE, then some other dialog saying that I HAVE SPYWARE. Anyone know what this is

adware and spybot cant detect it

could it possibly be an IE exploit or something.
