This was on slashdot this morning. I guess the catch is, its entirely legal in Russia, however I'm sure there are plenty of lawyers in the US (who work for the RIAA of course) who would think otherwise. Either way, it makes a safe alternative to filesharing. Unfortunately the sites server doesn't seem to be handling this burst of traffic very well.
It does raise some interesting copyright questions..
