We use iBill as our primary, they have problems but all processors have problems.
It sucks, I pull out my hair sometimes, try getting 100's or 1000's of trials a day then iBill has a problem and you drop 25-50% in trials that day.
That is our situtation, now think about yours and you will think its not so bad.
Amateur pages uses iBill think about how many trials they lose when processing is down. Shit I think about them, makes me feel better
Epoch is our backup, I've heard similar bad things about CCBill, there is no processor out there that people are completely happy with, just gotta deal with the ups and downs.
