Okay, I downloaded the add_tag script, and opened the file....now what??
In the file it say the following: (I've replaced all ">"'s with { and }'s)
HOW TO USE SCRIPT

# ./add_tag.pl {starting directory}
#
# Example: ./add_tag.pl /home/username/web
#
# The above example would scan all files in /home/username/web
# including recursing directories and scanning files in them
# for the smart tag prevention tag. If its found, nothing happens.

Okay, great. Now what? It says nothing about how to ACTUALLY physically USE the script! This is an area of webmastering that I know very little (if anything) about, so for me and also a lot of newbs that might also not know, what the hell do we do with this thing?
