Well the german government doesn't like ppl driving while they are on drugs for obvious reasons,also your insurance wouldn't pay on a crash.In most "states" in germany you are permited to own a few grams weed for personal use.If you don't have hardcore without avs websites targeting only german customers you don't have to care about the german laws anyway
Otherwise you are targeting swiss or austrian visitors,just make sure your company is located outside germany and everything is fine
