The minute i recieved your letter i called you, yet upset for anyone would be for being accused of this matter and all i get is "REMOVE THIS CONTENT!" when i have no idea of what this content is all bout, I have never seen this filename in my whole life!. I asked for you to show me, you would not. Your company told me they didnt have to. I did a search on your site. it couldnt be found there either. Next thing someone hangs up on me!

I am asking this sincerely, because I would like to know how to handle the matter in a way that does not offend, yet gets the proper message across. If I were told that someone was selling my content that was to be, first of all i wouldnt send a NASTY letter. I will make sure this content was on this site. 2nd i would make sure that I was accusing a person with the right information, and not use second hand information that i never checked by myself, only rely on a mouth or screen shot.
That is HOW I WOULD HANDLE THIS MATTER!
