Yesterday we did have problems. We rolled out a new system that caches the pages in the RAM on each server. Frankly, shit didn't work. We rolled it back. That's all back to normal. We've been experiencing slow-downs today and we're trying to track down what the cause is. The occasional IIS reset seems to keep it from being too bad.

Raven, thanks for that post. That gives me some direction to look. We've been having VERY strange intermitent DNS erorrs and my guess is that is what's causing the problems everyone is talking about. Explains why some people have no problem and some do.

Everyone and anyone that feels helpful. If you get any errors (now or anytime in the future) on any of our sites, please email them to me at [email protected]. Please copy and past the URL you were on, the server ID number (bottom of the page) and any info about what you did to create the error.
