I just don't understand why they do this? Can they really be converting by lying that they are taking the surfer to all this content of me which is of course non-existent on their links??
Crazy......Why can't they just use the actual models names that ARE on those sites?

Unfortunately, most SE guys are working on automated scripts to do their work and can't hand filter each possible keyword obtained. I know I've done this kind of thing before when I was doing pornstar keywords. and I've gotten my share of C&D's and I complied with all of them. Thing is, a lot of times we use programs to fetch various keywords like porn, teen, sex, etc....
One example I just came across when doing a keyword lookup for teen was "teen kelly". She's certainly not on most adult sites but she came up in my search and some SEO's will use her name to send traffic to a completely irrelevant teen site (other than her official site). This seems to be what is happening. The best way to deal with this is to do exactly what you did, contact the sponsor. They'll contact the webmaster and tell them to stop.
On most of my SEO pages, I have setup a form now to send complaints directly to me so I don't need to involve the sponsors but what you did Ivy is exactly the correct route. Best wishes on stopping this form of SE spam on your name.
