Add these to the reg with DWORD value 1
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Mes senger\Client\PreventRun
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Mes senger\Client\PreventAutoRun
Run these from dos shell.
rundll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %systemRoot%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove
rundll32 setupapi,InstallHinfSection BLC.Remove 128 %systemRoot%\INF\msmsgs.inf
Then run this.
notepad.exe %systemRoot%\INF\sysoc.inf
Remove "hide" from this.
msmsgs=hide
Reboot.
Add/Remove programs to uninstall it.
Now you're 100% clean of it.
