I will agree with you, and I will say that there is a problem, but why be stupid and make the cops even more nervous than they already are?
In this case they stopped a pimped out car in a low rent neighborhood, registered to someone with a good list of crimes including assault I believe. As the first cop approached the car, the driver rolled up his tinted hahahahahahas. Now if it was me, I would be getting nervous right there. So the guy wound up struggling with the first cop, as he was trying to get him out of the car.
Would it have been so hard to leave his hahahahahaha down and just wait for the cop to approach the car and interact civilly?
