I have blue cross PPO Individual 1500 plan.
If I meet my deductible of 1500$ they will cover 12 sessions. Any more after that and I have to pay a co-pay of 50$ a session.
My book does have listings for mental health. Some plans require you to go out of the network and you have to see your general doctor and he reccomends you to a place. Then they bill your insurance as an outside provider.
I always meet my deductible in the first few months so that I can get my trips to the chiropractor and accupuncture.
