Do you continue your regular sexual activity with multiple partners, not telling them the risks involved in being with you?

Or do you sit down and tell them the risks up front before moving forward?

Or do you stop sleeping with multiple partners?

I'm curious, there's so many people out there with various STDs that are contagious and they continue their sex lives as normal like there's nothing wrong. I'm sure there's even people in the industry doing this with other talent.
