Seems to me that lazy ass low payed City Employee was to blame for starting all of this. She's blind dumbass how the hell is she supposed to read the warrrant. I bet you when they called the cops they probably said she was armed and dangerous...

Then the cops it was obvious she wasn't armed. I mean ok, knock her down if she fights but isn't it a little excessive to hit her 3 times with a taser?

I could just imagine if it was an elderly black woman. There would be rioting and a multi million dollar law suit against the city.
