Sounds like the problem is with your gallery. If it was the sponsor, you would be sending a lot of clicks to the sponsor and not making signups. In this case, the bottleneck is on your end, and you aren't GETTING people to the sponsor so they can finish the sale (via a tour or what have you). Try redoing the gallery.

Could be, at least part of the problem, but even a page with just one word on it and a picture of a wart would get more clicks than that sponsor is registering.
