yes,you can safely say that since it blocked for example the overture newsletter. It has an option though to BLOCK/UNBLOCK which sends the emails for analysis to their servers and they examine it for errors to be minized. Also, you can have a whitelist of emails/domains you'll always receive mails with np. Overall its not tha bad program,but you need to keep an eye on those getting deleted too. They say the lack of spam filters costs to businesses a shitload of money,they forget to say though how much all these legit/importants emails they block costs as well.
