Been working on it..Here is the lowdown
Tthe electricians at our hosting company are telling us about another 15-20 minutes and the problem was that a circuit blew and not even backup power could be routed to the servers
So half my hosts rack lost power and have been down since. All should be up soon as we have been in constant communication with our host!
