Ah, the burden of living in a "bad" country... Anyway, I still believe that I am going to get the money without additional problems - my main reason for posting was to find out if others had had the *same problem* with the *same* companies (indicating, perhaps, that the problem lies on their side)
Given that nobody has said anything, I guess I should lie in wait for my postman tomorrow with a half-brick wrapped in a sock, and "explain" to him exactly why he should make sure my mail gets here pronto in future!
