If someone pushes you THAT far in explaining your job... then you switch to ask THEM what their bank acct number is... One thing to learn in life, is that its NO one elses business what you do as long as its legal.
Tell them internet advertising for whatever company needs the help and leave it at that. Most folks don't WANT to know anything more about a sales man. lol
