I need a good motivational speaker or something

I find that i spend too much time putting out fires and accomplishing, sometimes very little. What it amounts to is, less productive time, and more unproductive time.

So I spend 6 hours of time screwing around with little problems and making very little in the way of html or productivity and about 2 hours of good productive time, the rest of the time is well even worse than screwing around... add to that the fact I do not peruse the boards as much, and well...

anyway September is going to be different (so I tell myself)
