I don't think anyone can change her mind because when we are at that age, we think we know it all! But as her older brother, you can talk to her, and talk to the guy. Explain to her- and him that she has to finish school, and she needs to go to college. Once she has a career, then she can get married.
It's hard, I have a 15 year old sister, and 17 year old brother. Right now I am going nuts with this little bitch chasing my brother, but I need to let him grow up, and as much as it hurts me, I have to let him make his own choices. I think you should give her a lot of advice, love, and be patient.
