Drive him out a country road ... Make sure to bring an unloaded hand gun. If you don't have a handgun, buy a replica from a surplus store. Make him kneel, gun to head .. Click... Then tell him "If my sister gets married at 17, she will ruin her life .. So I will just ends yours."
Just such a road exists in North Vancouver, base of Seymour mountain .. It goes passed the top of the Baiden Powell trail. Bonus is it's a 2-3 hour walk back if you just leave him there after. I'd have to reccomend that too.
