I built this site as an employment center for the adult industry, inclusive of both video and internet jobs. It would be a perfect addition to any adult resource site out there. The original plan was to market this site on my own, but I simply don't have the time to put into it; so I'm looking to sell it. All this site needs is someone who can promote it; its features and functionality sell itself.
The site has many features that the other employment sites don't have.
* Resume Tracker - a One Click feature allowing Employers add a resume on the fly to their tracker. This acts as a "Favorites" of the resumes they want to come back to.
* Resume Alert - an Employer can receive an E-mail alert whenever a new resume is added that matches their keyword criteria.
* Multiple Resumes - job seekers can post multiple resumes. This is useful in highlighting various skillsets that a job seeker may have.
* Job Tracker- allows a job seeker to add a job to their tracker with one click. This acts as a "Favorites" of jobs that the seeker was interested in, making it easier to come back to later.
* Job Alert - a job seeker can receive an E-mail alert whenever a new job is posted that matches their keyword criteria.
* Enhanced Search Features - both job seekers and employers can perform keyword searces in one or all categories or geographic locations.
* Apply Online for Jobs - job seekers can apply for any job online using the site.
* Private Messaging - both employers and job seekers can contact each other anonymously. They can reveal their identity when either party feels comfortable doing so.
* Multimedia files for Resumes - job seekers can post images or video clips to their resumes. This is a great feature for models, graphic artists, and video editors.
* Brandable - the template/affilaite system allows you to customize special versions for other resources.
