I kept it simple. Eating 6 to 7 meals a day. Limiting my caloric intake. I even did some Atkins experimentation, found with Atkins that when I went back to eating carbs I got a little soft fast. So I changed that and keep my protein intake high and now just watch the calories. Keep the meals frequent and in the past few weeks have been influencing more calories to try and put on some muscle size. So far so good.
I am also very active. Soccer twice a week, Ice Hockey, and I workout 5-6 days a week, picked up a Bowflex a few months back and that thing is great as long as you use it.
