agreed, and i have been to many hosts i think 5 in the past, and most of them i have gone to 20mbps when i only had a small package, they unplugged my server and ignored my emails (rackshack) being one of them, i dont trust anyone, now i have my own shit good deal on bandwidth with the upstream, and not worrying about being fucked over.
