My email to them:
There seems to have been an error in your accounting department. MultiMedia Productions contacted your website asking for my phone number to book me. After 2 or 3 days of not hearing from you, they contacted me directly through my website. I booked a scene with them on Wednesday Apr 14 to be shot on Tuesday Apr 20. From the set on the 20th, I called Eric asking why he had not passed along my contact information to MultiMedia. He later called them that day with my phone number. I spoke with Eric today, Apr 23, and he asked if I had shot with them. I confirmed that I had but that I was disappointed that they had not gotten my contact information from ModelGig in a timely manner and that they had contacted me directly through my website. After our conversation, Eric invoiced them for your 'services'. Since *I* had booked this through my website and ModelGig had provided them with my contacted information *AFTER* I had shot for them, why were they invoiced? What service was provided? I am hoping this was done purely by accident, as I would hate to think that your business practices are that questionable. How do we correct this error?
I thank you for your help in this matter.
