And yes, the sites can accept submissions, partner submissions, and partner applications. I don't have the time to review submissions every day so I don't have any submit forms up but again, the scripts powering the sites can accept submissions. I guess I should have mentioned that. Everyone who has contacted me today has asked the same question.
