I see a lot of webmasters that get in desputes with other webmasters or customers. I've seen things get out of hand many times. However, I've never seen things going way too far like actual physical violence, etc.

I have customers who get mad at me and tell me that they know where I live and hang out and they'll be coming after me. I usually laugh at them, but I'm still wondering what are the chances of people who are pissed online actually taking it off line?
