who deserves more jail time? The lotto liar or the abduction liar.
The lady that lied about losing the winning power ball ticket versus the coed that lied about being abducted.
I think the coed caused more harm. Some guy who just happen to match her description could have been arrested and charged and if found guilty did big jail time. He could do jail time even if she refused to testify against him since the law now allows the prosecution to proceed without the victim since the victim could have been intimidated.
Not to mention all the money the cops spent trying to solve the case.
The lotto lady was more like just a pain in the ass for the real winner.
