All three of my kids were there with me, one holding his head up one holding the nebulizer to his mouth, and one holding his shoulders so he wouldn't fall out of his chair. After a few minutes of that, we lifted him onto his bed, and continued to give him the medicine then called 911.. they came and took him to the hospital, and he died a very slow and awful death 5 days later.
I wish I'd let him die the first time.. it was awful
he had emphysema and very bad asthma.. and yes.. he smoked.. everyone asks me that
I never want to go through something like that again.. I hope I don't have to

I hope you don't have to either..I smoke also and know it could kill me but I don't care.My condolences ,that is a terrible stroke of luck  |
