Generally getting partner accounts on large TGPs requires a lot of work. Owners don't just "give them out". What you SHOULD be doing is sumitting to the large tgps ANWAYS, even without the partner account, and as they consistantly see good clean galleries from you, they oftentimes will give you one. Going on a message board and asking lends NO credibility to the statement that you WILL do what's expected of you. That's like walking into a bank asking for a mortgage on a house but not giving up bank statements.
Oracle, you should know better. If you REALLY want submitter accounts at tgps, you EMAIL THE OWNERS and try to build a private rapport. Introduce yourself to them. They generally tend to remember people who go out of their way to be remembered and be polite.
