I hate to say this, but most SEO's who know what they're doing work for themselves sending to affiliate programs so I have to say it is hard finding someone to do SEO work these days. There are some, but not that many.
In regards to the stats, what they're showing you just looks like usage logs from webalizer (ex:
http://www.mrunix.net/webalizer/sample/). Nothing really fancy about it, its just a nicer template than the generic ones Webalizer provides.
As for the results they are getting for you, I'm sorry to say its all the same listings. Netscape's listings are provided by Google. So a #1 ranking on Google means number one on Netscape automatically. Same for C|Net, provided by Google. So in reality, they've got you 2 rankings, not 5.
