Since I've not been addressed directly, I'll just presume to answer your questions with regard to my product.

1) Neither, it's a join page online so the customer never has to pick up the phone.
2) 35% on gross, period. No reserves, not subject to collections or chargebacks.
3) Yes, recurring billing in addition to free and low cost trials.
4) No reserves.
5) Our programmer works with your staff to accomplish integration, taking as much of the burden onto us as possible. No cost for established merchants.
6) Consumer and merchant support provided primarily during business hours, M-F. Emergency merchant support is 24-7-365.
7) 6 weeks from the date of sale. Large merchants we will ACH daily thereafter, everyone else once weekly.
