Water, Water, Water.....

Drink it ALL day long, and I mean ALL day long LOL

No sodas...the sodium and caffeine make you retain fluids(bloated)

If you've been drinking lots of sodas, you'll drop 5 pounds within a few days of switching to water(If you can stand the caffeine headaches)
