go to the store buy some fitness stuff
put in your basement
and start your body workout every 2nd day you make
your traioning .. for more details hit me up , I make you a personal
trainig plan
do that workout for 6 months and you'll see bets results.

The most important thing is :
discipline, do it regulary ..

And teh MOST MOST important thing is the
WILL you need to do it..
