I am one of those guys who justs likes to eat. i am currently 18 stones 6 ft tall and 38" waist. my girlfriend has forced me on a diet with her. according to the books i should be around 10 stones for my height, that means i would have to loose 8 stones. thats alot! but u know what, i am gonna do it. not just for her but for myself. she doesnt have to loose much, couple stones.
as for exercise, i hate running but i can do over 100 sit ups no worries press ups i like to hate, i can do 50 no worries but i hate them too.
i am so lazy i dont understand it myself.
i just wanna loose weight so i can fit in nice clothes. plus i made a promise to myself! if i loose all my weight and be the weight i should be, i will buy myself a brand new bmw 330 convertable. black. now thats driving me crazy, i got a goal now i gota make it.
thats my advice set urself targets and go for it! once u made those targets set different ones.
one big word for u to remember, MODERATION eat only with moderation, and as my dad used to say to me, stop eating when ur still hungry.
