1st step... read the labels of what your eating. Take in less calories then you are burning, and stay away from anything that says "High Fructose Corn Syrup , partially hydrogenated, or shortening".

Eat small portions of something healthy every 3 hours. Also add 30-45 min of high intensity cardio 4-6x a week. Do these things and you'll become an athlete.
