New Year, I was 195 lbs , 6 ' . All my excess weight was in the stomach region. Pants: 36"
Decided to lose weight: Today 167 lbs, pants : 31-32 and still 6'
Food: no more bread, butter, cakes, chocolate bars, french fries, fried food, fast food,chips, pasta, pizza and soft drinks ...
Now I eat lean meat, salads with veggies, drink water ( and wine ...) low fat cereals for breakfeast, do my own salad dressing ( oil olive, vinegar, mustard, garlic, spices) and so on...
At night, I eat a decent meal, but with no excess: I do not feel stuffed
Exercise:Feet under a pece of furniture for situps: could barely do 5, now I do 30 a day. A bit a small weights for upper torse, arms, etc... and now bicycling.
I am also probably older than all of you .... but not together...
