I was actually about 190 lbs 2 summers ago when I went on a really hardcore diet and started working out. Lost about 50 lbs in 4 months which was a little too far I thought, so I gained a little back and I'm up to about 160lbs now. The way I did it was I went on a low carb / high protein diet mixed in with 10km runs every other day. Lots of fruit, vegetables and protein based foods instead of carbs. Since then, I've just eaten healthier and managed to stay around the 160 range. Much happier this way
