Drinking lots of water alone will make you loose weight. If you consume 2 litres + of water per day then your body has no need to store water as you drink enough and will then flush it out your system causing you to loose weight.
I play soccer a lot more now and I am losing weight. I still eat the same but since I play 4 hours per week my belly is leaving me and my sides are shaping up again real nice
Gonna start going back to the gym every morning - Mon - Fri - with my girlfriend. That will help me a lot as well.
