First, start eating the way you have to maintain your desired weight.
If you are just going to gain it back, then it is better to now loose it.
Do this for two months. If all is well you should have lost some weight just by doing this.
Increase your activity a bit, cut out a bit more food and alkeehwal and you will be fine.
If you must start loosing quickly, I like the fast two days a week approach.
