Its all about what you eat.

Dont eat in between meals, this means only eat breakfast(BIG BREAKFAST BUT NOT OVER THE TOP ie. NOT SHITLOADS OF BACON OR ANYTHING ELSE OBVIOUSLY FATENING) eat lunch 1 large sandwiche(meat, salad) or 2 salad only/tuna sandwiches. For dinner eat a reasonable amount of food, ie dont eat 2 steaks when 1 will satisfy. They say to only eat a piece of meat for dinner the size of the palm of your hand and width.

Don't go and get chocolate biscuits in between meals, if you hungry in between meals go and have an apple, banana, pear or carrot.

I guess it depends how much you love your food, whether or not you will lose weight. If you can ... go to the gym and walk 5miles a week(not much at all, will only take an hour total)
