Always eat 3 square but don't stuff yourself. Eat less than you normally would.

Don't and then go to sleep. Give yourself at least 3 hours before bedtime.

Exercise. I suggest getting up and doing cardio in the mornings.

If you're a drinker then switch to the hard stuff.
