Straight question....straight answer....

When we started out, our first pay site earned us $8.00.
We thought we rocked. LOL.

We've been in this biz three years now, working very long hours.

We've made mistakes and learned from them.

And, we do this full time, all four of us.
we are earning enough now to buy cigs and eat. Two years ago, we weren't eating.

Read everything you can. Visit the resource sites. Ask questions. Don't put your eggs in one basket.

Get someone to analyse your site. Pay for it if you have to. Two years is a long time for a pay site to be up and not earning money.

We are making more than 5000 a month, supporting two families and an awful lot of dogs.

It's a hard business, but, judging by the amount of people in it, it would have to be profitable or we wouldn't be here.

Get yourself to conferences and learn to network. There are workshops available all year long. They are invaluable.

Get Red and Titmowse to write you stories.
Hire us to work on your text for your site.
Make sure you personalise your site. Have good customer support. Use more than one billing company. Target your traffic. Check your spelling. Read about keywords and other meta tags to get placement on search engines.
Use link lists for traffic and link popularity.

There are ways to make money in this biz...but, it surely is not an overnight thing.

Email me if you have other questions.
