Uhm, I'm not sure if you drink green tea yourself but you are right, it is the safest option. It almost doesn't contain any caffeine though. It has even less caffeine than normal tea. So don't expect an energy boost.
I think it's very tasty though, I wake up with two cups of green tea and it's very nice. But caffeine boost? No sorry.
