Basically to put it bluntly ya goto understand the Hexadecimal color pallet's.

Its really no biggie I bet whats bugging you that there is a color you want might be a totally slight shade different when you export it. In summary ya should choose your base colors off the web pallet to ensure you do not face a delema like your experiencing.

PCs see's JPG's as an Algorythm and are nothing like gifs in Digital composition. Gif's are pixel by pixel markings with a color statement for each pixel.
Thas one way to understand how to separate the two file types and why one filetype can carry a transperancy while JPG's can not

Yah, I taught myself everything I know about design... so I only learned what I thought I needed to know just to make pretty designs. I didn't learn much of the color settings, etc...

I'm scrapping the other design I showed u earlier. Making another one now... looks much better .
