There is no difference between a male and a female and yes, both would be considered prostitutes since they both do the deeds for the dough!
I would be more concerned for the females and here is why. The females have to do a lot more things than your typical guy does. The guy basically pulls out his cock and hands it over to her. Girls have to do anal, double anal, gang bangs, bukkake, etc etc.
