So by some of the logic I have seen here this would constitute as prostitution; you go out and buy your gf a new ring let's say and she gives you the best sex of your life, is she a "whore" or "prostitute?" You go and buy some girl a drink at the bar and she sexes you up after, did you just ended up with the cheapest hooker out there? LOL
Who cares, it comes down to respect. No one should just be called "content" because that is what they provide. I don't see how the respect level changes when you are not in a position to judge. They supply it and we peddle it, not sure if one is really better than the other
