Very good advice.

I speak to groups everyday, the only time I get nervous is when I am unsure about the details of what I'm presenting. Always be the best dressed person in the room. Pick out a smiling face or two in the crowd and speak directly to them.

One other piece of advice is to only study an outline of the topics you want to cover as opposed to the actual written sentences of the speech. That way you speak in a natural language as opposed to remembering and regurgetating words. It flows better.

Remember, if you skip something or dont say it just like it was prepared in your speech, you are the only one that knows it.

If you are called on it later, you can always say, maybe I didn't say that right, let me rephase that!

but, all the tips and tricks in the world cant mask the fact that you dont know the details.
