1,200 for 3 months? Are you kidding me?
Welcome to the future: you don't sell domain names, you rent them out like expensive real estate!
I don't have to build a site, whomever rents it, that's their job - but I give the person who rents the domain name the option to renew first.
I rented cartoon.cx for 3 months @ 1,200 per month.
I had asian.cx apprasied at 500,000 US, but I won't sell it, just rent it.
If you think about it, It works out for the leaseholder, because if you are to buy a premium domain @ 100,000 and it takes you 6 months to build your site and get traffic etc and another 6 months to start seeing bank you are already 100,000 in the hole not counting hosting etc.
If you rent though, it is only 14,000 payable at 1,200 per month, so if you get burnt out, you can bail and not lose too much money upfront.
